no pressure.
no performance.
just space to breathe
& room to become.

With years of experience supporting teenagers, I understand how confusing this stage of life can feel. When a teen is struggling, it doesn’t just affect them—it affects the whole family.

Below you’ll find more about the services I offer and how I approach working with teens.

why teens choose therapy with me

Most teens don’t want to be fixed—they want to be understood. They want someone who gets that things feel overwhelming, even if they can’t always explain why. This is a space where they don’t have to perform or be “on.” Just a real conversation, steady support, and space to exhale.

I don’t talk down to them or try to force advice—I meet them where they are, with curiosity, honesty, and respect. Together, we figure things out, one step at a time.

individual therapy for teens

Adolescence is a time of big changes and even bigger pressure. When something feels off—mood shifts, distance, or just not seeming like themselves—therapy offers a space to pause, feel understood, and sort through what’s really going on.

your teen may benefit
from therapy if they:

  • seem overwhelmed, irritable, or withdrawn

  • is stuck in a cycle of perfectionism or self doubt

  • have trouble navigating friendships or school stress

  • no longer enjoy the things they used to love

  • seem stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, emotional outbursts, or shutting down

  • struggle communicating how they feel
